Negative: The balcony smelled like urine and we left a bag in the elevator but staff wouldnt look into it being taken just moments between leaving it and then waiting to get back in elevator ....

Great. All 3 of us were very happy with the apartment. Our hosts were pleasant and welcoming Positive: Location, view, easy access, cleanliness, apartment and building facilities

Great Positive: Great convenient location ☺️ Negative: I should of specified about wanting the second room beds split into 2 single beds but once again I didn't communicate that. If you have the option to add it to your questions/options it would be a great idea :)

Worse experience Positive: Great views Negative: The aircon didint work and were not told about this so it was hot to sleep in. Pool area is nothing as it appears to be online. Cinema has to be pre booked which we were not told about . And spa area you have to pay to use it and put a deposit on using it and pre book before going. It says 3 sofa beds they are not what you think it is. My 3 kids tried to sleep on them and the were not straight and like sleeping on metal. Not enough bedding and we were not happy with our stay over the weekend. Nothing was done about it when I complained at the time they didn’t seem to care.
