Magical Sunset Sky-view BEST location in Brisbane, BEST experience ever, Level 25

Great location, value and hosts, but the floor is comfier than the beds. Positive: The hosts communication absolutely cannot be faulted. They were prompt, direct, accommodating. They provided youtube videos showing exactly where the location was, and where the keys can be located. Negative: The beds were, unfortunately, the worst I have ever slept on. The couches also pull out to become sofa beds, which in theory is amazing, but they have big wooden bars in them so they aren't able to be slept on. It was so bad that we left after the first night and couldn't stay the second, despite paying for it.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. Positive: The location and ease of finding the lock box and the apartment were fantastic. The hosts were very easy to talk too and the cleaner let us park our car in the carpark early as there was no parking on the street. The view from the apartment was amazing and amenities close by to the apartment was amazing. Negative: The apartment was a nice space but for almost $500 a night there could have been a more comfortable couch. The iron was very cheap and unusable due to obvious plastic melted onto it that would have transferred to our clothes also the ironing board was a tiny bench top board unsuitable for ironing anything. The bed was 2 singles pushed together (I personally don't like this and don't find it comfortable) with 2 single overlays so you can't lay together in the middle of the bed so kind of makes it useless to have such a big bed as you end up on 1 side anyway. I also find if you are going to have so many rules plastered all over the apartment with notes for almost $500 a night it should be at 5 star comfort.

The best stay. Positive: The room is really clean and confortable, the view is spectacular, and the staff is very kind. Negative: Nothing.

Kids had fun, great location to everywhere & peaceful vibe in apartment. Positive: Great location, good facilities, plenty of room for the kids, friendly staff and other residents/visitors, the view, very quiet & peaceful considering busy-ness of location and nightlife. Felt safe in the apartment and the kids enjoyed it. Having a consistent & secure carpark was amazing. Hosts were welcoming. Negative: While we found the key okay, we found the instructions provided were insufficient as we entered the wrong elevator. Instructions regarding entering the correct building need to be communicated more clearly. The ensuite bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly and the kids found the fold out beds very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was great and would be 10 stars.
